About New York VISA LAWYER
NEW YORK VISA LAWYER [dot] COM was created in connection to nyvisalawyer.com, which was the preferred domain name the site was originally created under but there were some technical difficulties that resulted in the shorter domain name becoming unusable for a year.
As an immigration practicing in New York I did not have any other immigration attorneys in the area I could ask about local procedures or other information so I started posting information about what I figured out on my own here.
I’ll finish writing this another time…

JOSEPH CARACCIO
JOSEPH CARACCIO: I have been practicing immigration law in New York City since 2012. After graduating from New York Law School in 2012 I worked as an associate attorney at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac, & DeCicco, LLP in Downtown Manhattan several blocks away from the Immigration Courts at 26 Federal Plaza and 201 Varick Street. After five years working there and a year working at Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. I started my own practice, JBC Law Office.
In 2022 I went to work at the non-profit Immigration Legal Services of Long Island where I’m the managing attorney, which is why I’m too busy to keep this website updated anymore.
I’ll write a real about section for here another time. …
